It took her a bit to warm up to the idea that she could eat something other than her dog food lol, but once she got a taste for it, she had a blast.
I chose a DO-NUT grow up theme, and I love how it all came together 🙂

Baby Lincoln came to see me for his Sitter Session. He was a little under the weather, but we managed to capture all of the photos mom hoped for.
Mom wanted to recreate photos that were similar to his big sister’s baby photos from a few years earlier. She requested that he wear the very sweet Lion Bonnet from Whippoorwill Nest Props that I have for boys to wear for Sitter Sessions.

Haneet’s Cake Smash Session was BUSY! This sweet girl had so much energy and was up, down and all around.
This is why my sessions are 1/2 hour to an hour at most because a baby’s attention span is very limited.
Haneet’s family wanted a pink, gold and white colour palette. Mom brought the pretty dress in the first few photos. I provided the cake smashing tutu and delicious cake from Town Bakeshop & Ice Cream . Every element is planned, so they tie together beautifully.

I LOVE Maternity Sessions, especially when they are done with my family! This session features my brother, sister-in-law, adorable niece and a sweet baby bump.
We chose St. Mary’s Nursery as the location for the shoot, and I really love how it came together. It was raining outside, so this indoor with elements of outdoor location was the perfect choice.
All of the gowns worn by mama-to-be are available for client use… She wears a small/medium but I have dresses in all sizes!

Newborn Naade had the most perfect skin, curls, and demeanor. Mom requested deep colour tones which made this session’s colour palette so lovely.
Naade’s sweet older sister was the perfect little mommy, providing so much love and care. Check out the photo where she is nuzzling him so sweetly… it is one of my favourites from the session.

Newborn Edison was such a pleasure to photograph. He was very content and comfortable throughout his session and even flashed me a few smiles and smirks 🙂
My number one goal at every newborn session is that baby cozy and comfy. I will only attempt poses that baby allows, and most importantly poses that are safe.
