Newborn Oliver was a dream to photograph 🙂 He was super content, sleepy and transitioned into poses with ease.
Not every baby will do every pose. I always ensure that baby is comfortable, and will never force a baby into a pose. Safety is paramount.

Mr. Ryland made us work! Every newborn session is baby led, so we take all the time we need. Lots of breaks for snacks/feeding and snuggles.
A sleepy baby is best for posing, but that newborn eye contact is also something pretty special.
