I met this handsome little man, and his wonderful family, last year, and I was so happy they booked a Cake Smash Session for Smith! After a long wait, and having to reschedule, we finally got to celebrate 🙂
The set-up was inspired by a photo mom sent me. I love the tones and simplicity of the colour palette.

I was so excited to finally meet baby Oaklyn (and her family). Oaklyn was born in March and was supposed to have a Newborn Session with me, but due to Covid-19, we had to postpone until recently.
Although we weren’t able to capture the sleepy posed newbon photos, Oaklyn’s age was perfect for a Simple & Sweet Session. This type of session caters to babies aged 2-6 months, which is a wonderful time to remember. As you can see, Oaklyn made great eye contact, smirked, smiled, and made lots of other adorable expressions.

This precious baby girl is my niece! I was worried that we would miss her Sitter Session because of the pandemic, but we did it.
I had been planning her outfits and set-ups for a while, and I am so pleased with how it all came together. The beautiful handmade velvet onesie from Props By Jeana was the inspiration for the colour palette.
As you will see, she let us know when she was done. The pouty pics are often just as cute as the smiley ones.

I had a lot of fun planning this Under the Sea themed Cake Smash for baby Gabriel. Mom chose this theme and said she loved bright colours. We were all happy with how the set-up came together, but most of all, we were pleased with how happy baby was throughout the session.
Gabriel enjoyed every aspect of the session. Big smiles, smashing and major splashing made for some great photos. Take a look at all the fun Gabriel had!

Baby Bhavnaira was a delight to photograph at her Simple & Sweet Session. She had the most amazing head of hair, and the longest eyelashes I’ve ever seen.
At 7 weeks old, she was past the newborn stage, which is why I offer this type of session. It is never too late 🙂

I was so pleased to photograph baby Zion. Mom had planned to see me for his Newborn photos, but with some unexpected post-birth complications, we had to wait.
Baby Zion was 6 weeks old for his session. A little too old for those curly newborn poses, but the perfect age for great eye-contact and some cute swaddled options.
